FP&A Financial Modelling Lead

About the Role

FK International partners with a prominent private equity-backed Irish company undergoing significant growth and transformation. The company has created a new and impactful position for an FP&A Modelling Lead. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this role integrates responsibilities in FP&A, financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management, with frequent interaction with senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Group’s comprehensive cash flow forecasting model to support budgeting, strategic planning, liquidity management, and financing decisions.
• Create advanced financial models and perform commercial analyses to highlight critical trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to upgrade forecasting methods, reporting standards, data analytics, and decision-making processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional qualification as an accountant or CFA with a minimum of five years’ experience in FP&A, financial modelling, treasury, or other analytically focused finance roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel; strong familiarity with Power BI and SQL is highly preferred.
• Commercially savvy, analytical thinker with confidence in engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
