FP&A Analyst

Position Summary

This is a newly established role within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the analyst will be integral in guiding and enhancing the financial performance and strategic planning of the company.

Key Duties

• Driving and improving overall financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
• Preparation of financial plans, conducting annual budgeting and forecasting along with related analytical work, including long-term planning spanning three to five years.
• Developing financial models to aid in business insights and investment decision-making.
• Collaborating as a business partner by delivering insights that facilitate informed decisions.
• Evaluating monthly performance data and reporting findings to the Executive leadership team.
• Performing sensitivity analyses and modeling various investment scenarios.
• Assisting with development and improvement of financial systems.
• Assessing investment opportunities related to internal growth and acquisitions.
• Managing oversight of capital expenditures (Capex).
• Supporting various special projects assigned by the CFO, CEO, and Executive team.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Accountant with several years of relevant post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within an industrial context.
• Suitable for professionals aspiring to advance into a lead FP&A position.
• Strong proficiency with financial modeling and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working with financial systems and technology.
• Excellent analytical capabilities paired with robust commercial judgement.
