This full-time, on-site internship targets individuals who excel in dynamic environments and seek hands-on experience with strategic execution in a leadership context.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders to identify, plan, and deliver strategic projects fostering growth and operational excellence.
• Translate broad organizational goals into clear deliverables, timelines, and measurable milestones.
• Assume end-to-end responsibility for initiatives, including problem definition, execution, evaluation, and iterative improvements.
• Coordinate with departments such as Growth, Partnerships, Content, Events, and Operations to ensure aligned execution of cross-functional projects.
• Maintain accountability and clarity across teams to ensure progress and completion of initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and assist leadership in data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and refine processes, dashboards, playbooks, and frameworks to boost organizational efficiency and scalability.
• Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions for continuous process improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive briefs, reports, and summaries for founders to facilitate strategic decisions.
• Translate leadership vision into structured action plans for various teams.
