Role Overview
The HR Recruiter intern will be a key contributor to strengthening the talent pool within TPF. This role involves partnering with client companies to fulfill their technology hiring needs by sourcing, managing, and coordinating with qualified candidates to ensure seamless and effective recruitment processes. It is a full-time, in-office internship with a strong focus on recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of skilled tech candidates by utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and diverse sourcing tactics.
- Engage proactively with potential candidates and nurture ongoing relationships to meet present and future requisites.
- Collaborate closely with partner companies to fully comprehend their hiring requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate communication with candidates, including screening, interview scheduling, feedback management, and offer negotiations.
- Support the end-to-end hiring cycle, covering sourcing, shortlisting, candidate tracking, and closing hires.
- Promote positive candidate experiences and uphold a strong employer brand throughout recruitment activities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship based in Ahmedabad.
- Availability to start between September 17, 2026, and October 22, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
- Candidates should possess relevant interest and skills related to human resources and recruitment.
Compensation and Perks
