Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting job candidates to build a strong talent pool.
- Coordinate interview schedules and serve as the point of communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Support the preparation of formal HR documents such as offer letters, internship agreements, and other employment-related paperwork.
- Follow up with candidates on interview arrangements and confirm joining dates to ensure smooth onboarding.
