Role Summary
We seek an experienced strategic operator to act as Founders Associate, working closely with our Founder and senior leaders. This role takes ownership of critical, cross-functional projects that will shape the company’s future. Responsibilities include developing strategy, managing execution, and directly contributing to the company’s scale at a global pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects, determine scopes, develop execution plans, and ensure impactful outcomes.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Product, Finance, Operations, and Legal to operationalize strategies.
- Design and refine important business systems and processes.
- Help prioritize and allocate resources for major initiatives alongside executive leadership.
- Utilize data analysis tools including SQL and Excel for informed decision-making.
- Work with product and engineering teams to create internal tools that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to refining internal workflows by tracking key performance indicators and maintaining accountability.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in analytical, high-impact roles such as consulting, business operations, or startup environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving initiatives from inception to completion.
- Proficient in data analysis, comfortable using SQL, Excel, and visualization software.
- Excellent communication with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive owner mindset, adept both in detailed execution and big-picture thinking.
- Preference for action orientation and simplifying complex challenges.
- Additional advantages include fluency in languages apart from English and experience in global or emerging markets.
