About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will leverage your creativity, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise to craft customized solutions with measurable business impact. Embedded within strategic customer teams, you will take charge of high-profile projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating closely with clients and integrating ElevenLabs technologies into their environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of significant project executions for major partners, delivering high-value solutions.
- Engage daily with customer engineers and executives to maximize the effectiveness of ElevenLabs’ products and services.
- Drive innovation through coding and technical problem-solving applied to complex client challenges.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including informal or volunteer settings such as student clubs or side projects, demonstrating eagerness to engage closely with clients.
- Proficient in Python programming with a solid foundation in software development principles, architecture, and API integration.
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills to clearly convey complex technical concepts and logically pursue optimal solutions.
Location and Language Requirements
This position is primarily remote within the United Arab Emirates, with preference for candidates based in Dubai. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, alongside an understanding of regional cultural nuances.
