Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

Role Summary

We are looking to engage a Forward Deployed Engineer on a full-time remote basis responsible for deploying and integrating AI technologies directly with enterprise clients, ensuring smooth implementation and enabling customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and scale AI models and related infrastructure tailored to enterprise customer needs focusing on performance and scalability.
• Rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues in live production setups to minimize service disruption.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to capture feedback and enhance solutions according to user requirements.
• Create and update detailed documentation supporting system operations and facilitating future deployments.
• Provide customers with technical leadership by delivering training, sharing best practices, and offering proactive technical assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling AI/machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to diagnose complex technical challenges effectively.
• Preferred experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

Compensation

The role provides an annual salary ranging from $300,000 to $650,000.
