Role Summary

This position allows you to influence how enterprises apply AI technology by collaborating closely with both the North product and client engineering teams. You'll play a pivotal role in integrating AI securely into critical industries such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications, working alongside renowned clients like RBC, Dell, and LG CNS. If you are passionate about customer engagement and working with advanced Agentic AI, this role is an excellent match.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive deployment of North on private cloud and on-premises systems, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security protocols, and data management strategies.
• Operate with high velocity and quality to innovate and deliver solutions that surpass customer expectations.
• Develop and implement deployment approaches customized to client requirements, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical deployment issues promptly to reduce downtime.
• Travel to client sites approximately 20-40% of the time.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working directly with customers and a customer-centric mindset.
• Background in deploying enterprise software within private or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven ability managing large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and adept with Helm.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as Git.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP, alongside networking and virtualization skills.
• Ability to thrive and deliver in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to GPU node orchestration and scheduling.
• Understanding of the relationship between GPU infrastructure, inference systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and performance tuning.
