Role Overview
The Cohere Dashboard serves as a central hub for users to access models, manage API keys and teams, audit billing, and explore documentation. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to create a seamless, user-friendly, and unified experience on the dashboard. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to shaping the future of large language models by working on both frontend and backend components.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a small, skilled, and motivated engineering team.
- Develop refined user experiences for front-end and back-end systems.
- Engage in peer pairing, architectural discussions, documentation, and technical talks to foster team growth.
- Identify and resolve obstacles to boost engineering productivity.
- Build robust, critical systems with high reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them to enhance system performance and stability.
Candidate Profile
- Experience delivering products involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, specifically with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Strong competence in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Excellent communication abilities and valuing documentation as a tool for feedback and technical discussion.
- A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies when appropriate.
- Capability to simplify complex requirements for diverse audiences.
- An enthusiasm for AI technology and passion for contributing to company growth.
