About the Role
Join Cantey Foundation Specialists as a Foreman in Training, where every day takes you out from behind a desk and into hands-on work beneath homes. You'll assist in addressing unique structural challenges, contributing to protecting homeowners' valuable investments. Key Responsibilities
- Navigate confined crawl spaces under homes to assess and work on foundations.
- Excavate and prep designated work zones efficiently.
- Handle, transport, and maneuver various materials and specialized equipment.
- Install systems for crawl space and foundation repair with precision.
- Operate construction machinery and specialized tools safely and effectively.
- Fortify and stabilize structural elements ensuring long-lasting solutions.
- Travel regularly to diverse job sites, addressing distinct challenges as a dedicated team player.
Physical Requirements
- Perform tasks involving crawling, kneeling, squatting, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces beneath homes.
- Lift and carry construction materials and equipment on a regular basis.
- Engage in digging, shoveling, and debris removal in physically demanding environments.
- Adapt to working conditions that may include heat, humidity, dust, and mud throughout the active workday.
- Remain on your feet and physically active for extended periods during your shift.
Compensation and Benefits
- Paid training at a rate of $18 per hour.
- Earning potential ranging between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, with opportunities to grow.

Experience and Requirements
- Prior experience working in construction environments.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to travel daily to job locations within the state and neighboring areas, including occasional overnight stays.
