Join Krispy Kreme UK & IRE as a Food Processing Operative in New Malden, where you'll play a vital role in creating the iconic doughnuts loved by many. Whether working behind the scenes in our standalone production facility or in a theatre-style store where doughnut making is showcased live, you will contribute directly to the manufacturing process that delivers fresh products to local shops and supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Food Processing Operative, your main duties include mixing unique ingredients, hand-filling, decorating, and packaging doughnuts daily within a dynamic, fast-moving production environment. You will need to maintain high-quality and food safety standards, ensuring consistency by closely following our specific processing guidelines. During peak periods, the pace and volume demand flexibility and focus to meet tight deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for dependable team members who possess a positive mindset and a strong work ethic. No previous baking experience is necessary, as complete training will be provided. Candidates must demonstrate willingness to learn, flexibility to work 8-hour shifts aligned with site manufacturing schedules, and availability to work any day from Monday through Sunday. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to quality are essential.
