Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organizing, and management of food and beverage services aligned with hotel standards.
• Ensure all team members are trained rigorously in Standard Operating Procedures specific to food and beverage outlets.
• Assist restaurant and bar management with staff scheduling and handling leave requests.
• Oversee consistent adherence to opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of service areas at all times.
• Delegate duties equitably and correctly among food and beverage staff members.
• Ensure all preparations for service are completed ahead of scheduled times.
• Deliver exemplary guest service and communicate available hotel services effectively to guests.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of one year supervisory experience in a high-volume 4 or 5-star hotel or a quality-driven restaurant. Strong leadership and motivational skills are essential, together with dedication to delivering exceptional service and upholding high-quality standards.
