Concierge Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Concierge Supervisor who holds a valid full driver's license to join our team and uphold the highest standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service experiences consistently.
• Perform all daily Concierge duties during shifts in line with departmental protocols.
• Communicate updates and announcements effectively to the Concierge team.
• Introduce and implement new procedures from SOP development through to monitoring progress to improve guest satisfaction.
• Support the organization and facilitation of departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager concerning any issues or requests raised by the team.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep schedule of concierge vehicles.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Concierge standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in the training and onboarding of new Concierge team members.
• Coordinate with reception and guest relations departments regarding guest requests and arrangements.
• Oversee the Concierge email inbox to ensure timely responses.
• Manage and supervise the arrival process for VIP guests.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Must possess a full, valid driver's license.

• Proficiency in English language communication.
