About the Role

Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport, situated just steps from Shannon International Airport's main terminal, seeks a dedicated full-time Breakfast Supervisor to join their hospitality team. This role also involves performing duties as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will be crucial in delivering top-quality dining experiences for guests, maintaining the restaurant's service excellence, food standards, and ensuring bookings are managed efficiently. The position supports the Hotel Manager in maximizing guest satisfaction by guiding restaurant staff and leveraging opportunities to upsell.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant team members in a dynamic environment, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service standards. Support food and beverage operations during shifts, confirm and manage guest bookings, and promote upselling initiatives to enhance revenue.

Candidates should have proven supervisory experience in fast-paced settings, solid knowledge and commitment to food safety regulations, and the ability to motivate and train the restaurant team towards excellence and customer satisfaction.
