Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Associate to ensure professional, high-quality service of food and beverages that aligns with Hilton's standards and hospitality principles. Your role will focus on delivering memorable experiences to our guests through attentive service and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize exceptional customer service by consistently focusing on guest needs.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, communicating effectively with both guests and team members.
• Provide constructive ideas to improve hotel operations and environment.
• Promote Hilton's services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for all.
• Thoroughly understand and explain menu items, including dietary considerations.
• Suggest menu options suitable for guests from various backgrounds and nationalities.
• Be knowledgeable about all hotel outlets' menus and operating hours to guide guests effectively.
• Assist guests warmly from arrival through seating, including managing preferences on smoking or non-smoking areas.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or escalate them to management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the service areas.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times and uphold courteous communication.
• Report incidents or accidents immediately to supervisory staff.
• Embrace additional tasks as assigned by management, recognizing that job responsibilities may evolve.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of senior high school education or vocational training in Hospitality.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for business communication.
• Motivated with a commitment to personal growth and eagerness to enhance skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements and tasks.
• Team-oriented, supporting colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service, including various alcoholic drinks.
• Ability to memorize, articulate, and promote a diverse menu selection.
• Outgoing personality with an open-minded approach.
• Willingly accommodate long working hours with a positive attitude.
