Flutter Developer

Role Overview

We seek a motivated and experienced Flutter Developer to join our internal team, responsible for crafting premium mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Duties

• Design, develop, and support mobile apps using Flutter and Dart technologies.
• Manage tasks end-to-end from conceptualization through development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement clean architecture practices with appropriate state management and adhere to coding standards.
• Identify potential issues proactively, provide enhancement suggestions, and contribute innovative ideas beyond assigned scopes.
• Create refined and user-friendly interfaces aligning with UI/UX best practices, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design principles.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and cross-disciplinary teams regarding technical needs, API integration, and architectural choices.
• Work effectively with RESTful APIs, authentication systems, backend infrastructures, and data storage solutions.
• Enhance app performance and security while following platform-specific recommendations.
• Conduct rigorous developer-level testing to minimize bugs and reduce QA dependency for standard defects.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly, ensuring independent review and enhancement of generated code.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, accountability, communication skills, and autonomy in work.

Required Qualifications

• Proven practical experience with Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Solid knowledge of mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with state management frameworks like Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider.
• Understanding of clean architectural patterns and best software development practices.
• Knowledge of REST API consumption, authentication mechanisms, and database usage.
• Excellent UI/UX comprehension with meticulous attention to design details.
• Experience in optimizing mobile app performance and implementing security best practices.
• Strong debugging, testing, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable incorporating AI-based development tools while maintaining high code quality and technical standards.
