Junior AI Developer

About the Role

Autoveer Private Limited invites applications for the position of Junior AI Developer within its Department of Digital Intelligence (DDI). This role focuses on creating, enhancing, and managing AI-driven solutions including voice calling agents, chatbots across WhatsApp and websites, and various internal assistant tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and sustain AI agents such as voice call interfaces, WhatsApp and website chatbots, as well as internal digital assistants.
• Compose and refine prompts tailored for diverse business scenarios in Hindi, Hinglish, and English languages.
• Create AI-based internal utilities including lead scoring systems, document handling processes, summary reports, and automated content creation tools.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs with enterprise systems like CRM, Document Management Systems (DMS), Google Sheets, and company websites.
• Customize existing AI applications for deployment across various departments and brand identities.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and enhancements of AI outputs guided by quality assurance feedback.
• Investigate and experiment with emerging AI technologies and tools beneficial for business advancement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering prompts, data flows, change logs, and system builds.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Department of Digital Intelligence on system innovations and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Practical knowledge of LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini along with foundational prompt engineering skills.
• Experience with integrating CRM/DMS platforms including Zoho, LeadSquared, SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets scripting and Apps Script development.
• Basic programming skills in JavaScript or Python.
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on problem-solving and debugging technical issues.
• Experience working with n8n or other open source intelligent frameworks.

Additional Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of voice AI platforms such as Vapi, Retell, OmniDimension.
• Familiarity with chatbot construction tools and the WhatsApp Business API.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, or AI agent development frameworks.
• Basic web development skills including HTML, JavaScript, and deploying simple dashboards (e.g., on Netlify).
• Personal AI-related projects demonstrated via GitHub repositories or live demos.
