The organization is engaged in building advanced intelligent digital platforms utilizing AI technologies including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, automation, and multi-agent systems.

Role Overview

The position is for an AI/ML & Agentic AI Developer Trainee seeking hands-on experience in developing practical AI applications beyond theoretical training or tutorials. The intern will contribute to AI-powered IKSC products with active mentorship and technical guidance.

Key Knowledge and Skills Expected

• Fundamental understanding of Python programming
• Concepts of generative AI and large language models (LLM)
• Prompt engineering techniques
• Use of LLM APIs
• Agentic AI system principles and workflows development
• Multi-agent or family-of-agent architectures
• Tool-calling and function-calling mechanisms within AI systems
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases
• Knowledge of document ingestion, chunking, semantic search, and retrieval methods
• Management of conversational memory and context
• Generating structured AI outputs
• API integration skills

Comprehensive expertise in all these areas is not mandatory; a strong capacity for learning and conceptual understanding is prioritized.

• Designing RAG-based knowledge systems and document intelligence solutions

• Constructing retrieval pipelines

Learning and Growth Opportunities

This role bridges the gap between learning AI and constructing real-world AI systems for problem-solving and industry readiness. Interns will obtain mentoring, experience with professional AI development tools, exposure to the IKSC technology ecosystem, and opportunities to design and implement AI agents while collaborating on full lifecycles of AI application development.
