Role Overview

This full-time Flutter App Developer position, based onsite in Doha, Qatar, involves crafting, building, and sustaining superior mobile applications leveraging Flutter and Dart. The developer is responsible for ensuring adaptive and fluid UI experiences across device platforms. Key daily functions include working collaboratively with UX designers and backend engineers, integrating external APIs and SDKs, and enhancing application performance and security standards.

The role further encompasses diagnosing and resolving app issues, writing maintainable and well-commented code, participating in peer code evaluations, and actively contributing to development process improvements. Close interaction with clients and project teams to clarify requirements, timely delivery of functionalities, and ongoing app enhancement are also fundamental responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in mobile-focused software development with hands-on experience deploying and supporting Flutter applications in production.
• Strong programming expertise in Dart, including solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Knowledgeable in database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL), capable of data modeling, executing queries, and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with CSS and principles of responsive UI design to deliver consistent user experiences across platforms.
• Experienced in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services into mobile apps.
• Skilled in mobile app architecture and state management frameworks such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod, with proficiency using version control tools like Git.
• An effective collaborator within multidisciplinary teams with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in agile or iterative development settings.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable discipline, or possesses equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store is advantageous, along with knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
