Key Responsibilities

• Maintain freshness of all floral displays and arrangements consistently.
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of flower arrangements at outlets.
• Receive floral shipments and verify quality standards of flowers.
• Provide support on new floral designs and creative concepts to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and Managers.
• Prepare floral arrangements in advance, optimizing cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Assist in the adoption and execution of innovative flower arrangement designs.
• Keep the flower workshop tidy and ensure flowers available for sale are fresh and attractively presented.
• Maintain positive relationships with all departments and keep leadership informed on any feedback from guests or staff.
• Be proactive in safety measures and accident prevention; ensure team members are properly trained on floral tools, lifting techniques, and safety protocols.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and equipment regularly.
• Support daily ordering of supplies and assist in financial reporting.
• Delegate tasks to Guest Service Agents and Senior Guest Service Agents as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Managers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum secondary education with no less than 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in floral design within hotel or resort conference environments preferred.
• At least 3 years working in an international luxury hotel brand in a similar capacity.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods as required by the job.
