Role Overview
The Floor Technician position is a full-time role working Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM at Vi Bentley Village in Naples, FL. The role focuses on flooring maintenance and housekeeping within community common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate standard housekeeping equipment to maintain carpet and hard surface floors routinely
- Perform minor repairs as necessary within community spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout the facility
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preferably a minimum of two years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial roles, ideally within Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living settings
- Possession of a valid and current driver's license when applicable
- Proven ability to operate and maintain housekeeping equipment effectively
- Knowledge of proper floor care procedures and techniques
- Experience handling chemical solutions and understanding dilution ratios
- Must comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening requirements

Compensation
