Position Overview

Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly wage is $12.00. Key Responsibilities

• Execute floor care duties such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing in resident rooms, communal areas, and office spaces.
• Operate floor care equipment responsibly to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of floor maintenance activities and notify supervisors of any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Engage courteously with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in floor care is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants and management to fulfill daily tasks.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination guidelines.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, and walking for long durations.
• Ability to perform repetitive routines consistently.
• Comfortable working around food and cleaning substances.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Reside within the service area.
