Job description
Overview
State Bank of India (SBI) invites applications for the role of Floor Coordinator to be stationed at assigned bank branches. This position offers a monthly cost to company (CTC) salary of ₹24,000 and is open to fresh graduates aged between 21 and 33 years. Working hours and holidays will adhere to the bank's established regulations.
Key Duties
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch with their banking needs and inquiries.
- Direct customers efficiently to the appropriate service counters and clarify banking processes.
- Manage the flow of visitors to ensure a smooth and orderly environment within the premises.
- Provide operational support to branch personnel during daily activities.
- Carry a valid identification badge and mark attendance through manual and digital systems.
- Protect the confidentiality of customer information and internal bank data.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and uphold professional conduct consistently.
