Field Collection Executive

Overview

State Bank of India is urgently seeking Field Collection Executives to join their team across multiple locations including Shivamogga, Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Madikere, Hassan, Mangaluru, and Bengaluru in India. This role primarily involves customer interaction related to loan payment collections.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to collect loan payments in person.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers who have pending payments to ensure timely collection.
• Clearly communicate information regarding outstanding dues and repayment methods to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Candidates must be aged between 21 and 30 years.
• A minimum educational qualification of graduation is required.
• Applications from fresh graduates without prior experience are welcome.
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license is mandatory due to the field nature of the role.

Compensation

The monthly cost-to-company salary for this position is ₹22,000.
