About the Role

State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking candidates for the position of Floor Coordinator at multiple locations across Karnataka including Mangalore, Kolar, Davanagere, Yelahanka, Karwar, Yadgiri, Udupi, Chitradurga, Ballari, Malleshwaram, and Hospet. This role invites fresh graduates aged between 21 and 33 years to be part of the bank’s branch operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the bank, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through banking procedures.
• Direct customers accurately to the appropriate counters to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain orderly flow of customers within the branch to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support branch staff in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the bank.
• Carry official identification and record attendance both manually and digitally as per norms.
• Protect confidentiality concerning customer data and internal bank information.
• Adhere strictly to the bank's protocols and uphold professionalism in all interactions.

Additional Information and Terms

• Remuneration is ₹24,000 per month (CTC), disbursed via bank transfer before the 10th of every month.
• PAN card submission is mandatory within three months of joining for taxable employees.
