Job Summary

As an Aircraft Cleaning Agent, you will efficiently deliver professional cleaning services that conform to customer standards. The hourly wage for this position is $20.13.

Key Duties

• Fold blankets used on aircraft
• Vacuum the floors inside the aircraft
• Clean and wipe mirrors in lavatories
• Remove trash from seat pockets and replenish airline materials
• Restock lavatory supplies
• Wipe down passenger food trays attached to seats
• Clean interior aircraft windows
• Collect trash and clean the aircraft cockpit area
• Clean and wipe aircraft overhead storage bins
• Arrange seatbelts neatly on the seats
• Remove and replace audio headsets
• Remove and replace pillows and headrests
• Handle international garbage correctly per company, carrier, and Department of Agriculture guidelines
• Adhere strictly to all security requirements mandated by federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carriers
• Follow all Swissport standard operating procedures and policies
• Perform any additional duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Basic literacy skills to read and write
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Capable of following instructions and maintaining safety within strict time limits
• Able to work in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working under pressure and during flexible hours
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor reflecting our high work standards to customers
