Position Overview

We are currently looking for experienced Flight Simulator Instructors to join our Flight Operations team supporting our A321 aircraft fleet. This role is crucial in delivering simulator-based pilot training that meets the highest standards of operational excellence and regulatory adherence, while embodying Riyadh Air’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator training sessions focused on the A321 fleet, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain operational excellence through precise instruction and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Evaluate pilot performance and provide structured feedback to foster continuous competency development.
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of training curricula and materials.
• Promote a safety-conscious, professional, and innovative culture within the Flight Operations Training department.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of 1,000 hours experience as a Simulator Instructor within an airline’s flight operations or at least 1,000 hours instructing on an aircraft type aligned with Riyadh Air’s fleet.
• Have accrued at least 2,500 hours flight time acting as Pilot-in-Command (Captain) in a commercial airline environment.
• Strong operational and instructional expertise combined with commitment to high training standards.
