Fleet Coordinator

Job Overview

The Fleet Coordinator will serve as the central liaison for all matters involving vehicle registration, lease administration, traffic fines management, and compliance with government vehicle-related procedures. This role necessitates close collaboration with authorities including Abu Dhabi Police, the RTA, and other relevant government departments to guarantee adherence to regulations and timely processing of all vehicle transactions and requests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, and manage leasing documentation processes.
• Retrieve, monitor, and return traffic fines by interfacing with Abu Dhabi Police and RTA digital systems.
• Work in conjunction with traffic regulators and government organizations for all vehicle-related transactions.
• Administer Salik, Darb, permits, and ensure traffic code compliance are maintained.
• Engage with customers to communicate details related to fines, registrations, and other services.
• Proactively investigate and resolve concerns impacting company traffic codes, vehicle documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Keep detailed records and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and proprietary internal platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of one year experience in fleet coordination, vehicle registration, leasing, or automotive administrative roles.
• Practical knowledge of RTA systems and government traffic-related digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, client service orientation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Preferred background in automotive, vehicle leasing, or rental sectors.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic is compulsory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
