Key Responsibilities

• Execute purchases and sales of fixed income securities for the firm and clients.
• Create and implement trading strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Monitor market developments to inform astute investment decisions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and trading partners.
• Prepare detailed trade reports for leadership review.
• Ensure trades are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Build robust connections with both institutional and retail customers.
• Work alongside sales teams to identify and develop new business ventures.
• Participate in client presentations and meetings, serving as the fixed income desk representative and promoting services offered.
• Continuously update knowledge on prevailing financial market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with financial software and trading platforms, notably Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong comprehension of fixed income markets and trading methodologies.
• Ability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Established client and counterparty relationships.
• Thorough understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
