About the Role

We are seeking a skilled fitter to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be adept at fitting, assembling, and maintaining mechanical components. Key responsibilities include operating machinery and tools, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring correct installation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Assemble, install, and repair mechanical parts.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as grinders, drills, and welding tools.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and modifications.

Candidate Requirements

• Certification or prior experience in fitting tasks.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with welding, grinding, and cutting tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.

Compensation

Attractive salary offered based on experience, ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
