Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Fintech Associate will support the development, tracking, and execution of fintech initiatives within HungerStation by collaborating with internal teams and external partners covering lending, cards, wallets, and strategic financial solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard fintech partners across various financial products including loans, cards, and wallets.
- Carry out competitive and market benchmarking to inform new fintech initiatives and partnership choices.
- Develop business cases, evaluate partners, and prepare internal recommendation documents.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with fintech partners through performance monitoring, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to defining customer value propositions, conduct competitive analyses, and prepare for go-to-market activities.
- Monitor product performance metrics such as adoption rates, usage, portfolio size, and growth, and identify areas for improvement in coordination with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.
Support and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Monitor fintech industry developments, licensing, and regulatory practices relevant to HungerStation.
- Coordinate and align with internal teams—Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Sales—and external fintech partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fintech-related partnership initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
- Assist with documentation and compliance reporting related to fintech activities.
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee daily coordination for fintech projects including partner management, marketing campaigns, commercial agreements, and tracking of internal tasks.
- Maintain detailed tracking of fintech products and initiatives with a focus on learning, impact, and growth.
- Track and manage risks, open issues, and dependencies associated with fintech projects.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination to facilitate seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech and financial services sectors.
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is mandatory.
