About the Role
Ellwood Texas Forge in Navasota is seeking a committed Finish Operator to join their team immediately. This position welcomes motivated individuals ready to engage hands-on and grow both personally and professionally within the company.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Utilize hand grinders effectively as part of production processes.
- Perform data entry duties accurately using computer systems.
- Understand and follow detailed work instructions consistently.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Be willing and able to work rotating shifts as scheduled.
Applicants should have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly starting wage set at $18.00.
