Utilizing advanced purification technology combined with smart systems, the company ensures strict compliance with regional and international quality standards. Each water batch undergoes an extensive nine-stage purification process to guarantee purity, product integrity, and consistent taste.
Role Overview
The Machine Operator position is a full-time, on-site role at the Ajman production facility. Responsibilities include operating and overseeing bottling and purification equipment, setting up machinery according to production schedules, and ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operations throughout the shift. Tasks also involve conducting routine equipment inspections, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting minor technical malfunctions, and strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols aligned with ISO standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise bottling and purification machinery to meet production targets.
- Set up equipment based on daily production schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform regular equipment checks and routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues independently or with guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and document production metrics accurately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding process or equipment concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Competence in operating and monitoring industrial production machinery.
- Experience with quality control inspections and adherence to documented standards.
- Ability to use basic hand tools for adjustments, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate within the team and follow instructions clearly.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, particularly food, beverage, or water bottling sectors, is advantageous.
- Physical capability to work in shifts and stand for long durations while following strict safety and environmental guidelines.
- Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical or industrial disciplines is a plus.
