Job Overview

This opportunity is for a Financial/Commercial Analyst based in Dublin, Ireland. The position involves providing detailed commercial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support focused on revenue, pricing, and market behavior to enable profitable, data-driven commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop commercial reports, dashboards, and market trackers for managerial evaluation.
• Perform analysis on booking trends, demand cycles, and competitor activities to inform decisions related to revenue, capacity, and pricing.
• Support revenue management, pricing strategies, and commercial planning by delivering clear analytical insights and recommendations. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, sales channels, and ancillary revenue streams to identify risks and opportunities. Engage in scenario modelling, schedule planning, capacity management, and commercial projects.
• Maintain well-structured datasets, assumptions, reports, and presentations; provide ad hoc analytical assistance when needed.

Role Scope and Context

This individual contributor role focuses on revenue, pricing, market performance, and commercial reporting to support internal stakeholders across relevant business areas. The analyst supplies insights on commercial performance, pricing, demand, economics, and market trends by collaborating with internal and external parties to facilitate timely and well-informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
• Generally expects 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, financial analysis, or a similar analytical capacity.

Technical Skills

• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting, and structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferred skills include exposure to revenue management, pricing, network planning, forecasting, SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or other relevant commercial systems.
