Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Overview

A prominent Holding Group in Jeddah is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to oversee financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting across the group. This role is a critical strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership, delivering predictive financial insights, challenging business results, and supporting strategic and investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group-wide financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate directly with the CFO and senior executives to provide forward-looking financial advice and challenge performance.
• Guide and direct subsidiary finance teams on FP&A-related topics to promote uniformity in financial planning and reporting.
• Provide management with transparent visibility into the group’s financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or closely related discipline.
• Holds a professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Has at least 10 years of progressive experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, corporate finance, performance management, or business finance, preferably in a large group, holding company, or multinational setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with solid experience working with ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), planning, and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
