About the Role
A swiftly expanding property development and investment group backed by a robust financial foundation and an established family office is seeking an ambitious finance professional to take charge of the finance operations and evolve into the group's Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire finance function's daily operations.
- Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Lead cash flow forecasting for an expanding portfolio of property developments.
- Manage financial reporting for multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
- Handle group consolidation and reporting processes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders.
- Comprehend and administer debt facilities and lender stipulations.
- Support proposals related to funding and development finance initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with development and senior management teams.
- Enhance financial controls, processes, and reporting systems to keep pace with group growth.
- Lead, manage, and cultivate the finance team.
- Involvement in acquisitions and disposals as part of strategic growth.
