Our client operates in the retail sector and is expanding its presence in Northern Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and monitoring of budget and financial plans
• Conducting variance analyses through actual vs. planned comparisons
• Designing and implementing controlling instruments and process improvements
• Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyzing and optimizing cost structures to enhance efficiency
• Supporting strategic decision-making with comprehensive financial analysis
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth financial reporting
• Reporting and presenting results to executive management

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong expertise in financial controlling and accounting principles
• Proficient in common ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Analytical mindset coupled with organized and methodical work habits
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to be physically present at the Northern Germany location

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging between 60,000 and 85,000 EUR gross per annum
