Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who excels not only at data analysis but also at shaping strategic business decisions. This role extends beyond basic reporting and spreadsheet work; you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, challenge existing assumptions, identify growth opportunities, and influence the commercial trajectory of the company.

Joining our high-achieving team means working in an environment that values collaboration, curiosity, and constructive challenge. Our team works cross-functionally across the organization, addressing a variety of commercial and strategic issues, and has earned a solid reputation for delivering impactful insights that guide decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate is a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys solving complex challenges through data-driven insights that enhance business outcomes. You should be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels and motivated by making a measurable impact.

  • Proven experience in financial modeling, detailed analysis, or commercial finance roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen accompanied by keen critical thinking capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional Information

Why join us? You’ll become part of an energetic and supportive team that values enjoyment and growth at work. We strive to create a positive employee experience, encourage continuous collaboration for improvements, and support each other. Benefits include competitive remuneration, health insurance, professional development opportunities, an annual allocation of company shares, extensive discounts from suppliers, long service leave, a birthday day off, among others.

Applications are closing on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, but this position may be filled sooner if there is a high volume of candidates. We recommend applying early to secure consideration.
