Role Overview

This full-time hybrid position based in Jamaica involves serving as a financial advisor collaborating closely with clients to analyze their financial requirements, design detailed financial strategies, and offer professional advice on investments, retirement plans, and insurance products. The role includes assessing financial objectives, advising on appropriate financial solutions, and nurturing enduring client relationships. Staying current on market trends and adhering to industry regulations are integral to the position. The financial advisor will be part of the Belmont Sultan Advisors team.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of five CXC subjects completed, including Mathematics and English.
• Ownership of a dependable motor vehicle is mandatory.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Capability to operate autonomously and efficiently meet client demands.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is advantageous.
