Finance Manager

Job Overview

This position entails partnering with senior leadership to devise and implement financial strategies across the organization. It requires expertise in managing substantial financial datasets, contributing to key business decisions, and delivering consistent financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Collaborate with both internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Periodically evaluate and improve internal control systems.
• Assist the Chief Financial Officer in budgeting processes and ensure accuracy.
• Support timely monitoring and management of cash flow requirements.
• Ensure prompt submission of monthly management reports.
• Lead and mentor finance teams across various companies and divisions.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes to guarantee timely collections.
• Work closely with operational leaders and regularly report updates to the CFO.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the CFO.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA, CMA, or their equivalents.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive sector, ideally within Qatar.
