Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a Junior Estimation Cum Quantity Surveyor specializing in road marking projects. Candidates must hold a qualification in Chemical Engineering and possess experience related to estimation and quantity surveying within infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed estimations and quantity take-offs for road marking and similar infrastructure projects.
- Calculate and verify project costs accurately to support budgeting processes.
- Assist in tender preparation and bidding procedures ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in estimation for road marking or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with quantity take-off and cost estimation methodologies.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and estimation software tools to perform calculations and manage data.
- Educational background must include a degree or qualification in Chemical Engineering.
