Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is vital to ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within a leading oil and gas service provider.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly financial close processes following IFRS standards and prepare financial statements for stakeholder review.
- Ensure monthly adherence to tax regulations and compliances.
- Manage annual statutory audits and consolidate group financial reporting.
- Oversee annual tax duties, including transfer pricing compliance.
- Develop and administer annual financial plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Address additional ad hoc financial requests from the Board and CFO.
- Manage treasury operations and related functions.
Experience Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate at least 12 years of extensive experience in financial reporting and management roles.
