About the Role

Join Hilton as a Finance Intern and be an essential part of delivering outstanding hospitality by supporting the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements with precision and promptness.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts, identifying outstanding items and assisting in resolving discrepancies.
• Plan and execute vendor payments on schedule while supporting cash flow management.
• Maintain comprehensive records in accounts payable systems ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and invoice tracking for accurate financial reporting.
• Address inquiries from vendors and internal teams, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support audit and compliance processes by preparing required documentation and assisting both internal and external auditors.
