Finance Associate

Role Overview

Join Hilton as a Finance Associate and play a vital part in ensuring seamless financial operations within our hospitality environment. Your main duties will center on auditing, processing, and prompt payment of hotel expenses, along with maintaining accurate records of amounts owed by guests, vendors, tenants, credit card firms, and staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical accounting duties including handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting activities to maintain financial flow.
• Investigate and resolve queries and disputes by collaborating effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
• Support monthly financial reporting, assist with month-end closing procedures, and reinforce internal financial controls.
• Communicate financial results clearly to internal teams and external parties, aiding comprehension of financial data.
• Foster cooperative relationships with finance colleagues and other corporate divisions to promote teamwork and success.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a university degree accompanied by 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems such as Check SCM and SUN.
• Holding a professional accounting certification is a plus.
