Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests enthusiastically, aiming to enhance every encounter
- Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks precisely to established recipes ensuring guest satisfaction
- Organize and maintain bar inventory, including stock of beverages and glassware for smooth service
- Handle payment transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems, accommodating various payment methods
- Oversee product quality by managing stock freshness and readiness
- Address guest concerns tactfully, especially managing situations involving intoxicated individuals to maintain safety
- Adhere fully to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to uphold the wellbeing of guests and staff
Qualifications and Expectations
- At least six months full Australian work rights (sponsorship not provided)
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Perth metropolitan area (without relocation assistance)
- Between one to two years’ experience in bartending or a related food and beverage role
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Proficient mixology skills and solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail, particularly during busy periods
- Understanding of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
