Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests enthusiastically, aiming to enhance every encounter
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks precisely to established recipes ensuring guest satisfaction
• Organize and maintain bar inventory, including stock of beverages and glassware for smooth service
• Handle payment transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems, accommodating various payment methods
• Oversee product quality by managing stock freshness and readiness
• Address guest concerns tactfully, especially managing situations involving intoxicated individuals to maintain safety
• Adhere fully to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to uphold the wellbeing of guests and staff

Qualifications and Expectations

• At least six months full Australian work rights (sponsorship not provided)
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Perth metropolitan area (without relocation assistance)
• Between one to two years’ experience in bartending or a related food and beverage role
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Proficient mixology skills and solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail, particularly during busy periods
• Understanding of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
