Job Overview
HCLTech is seeking a seasoned professional with over a decade of combined technical and functional expertise in Finacle 10.x, specifically in retail loans lifecycle management. This role is based in Chennai and involves overseeing teams, managing stakeholder needs, and ensuring smooth operations related to Finacle Retail Assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead defect resolution and automation testing efforts for Retail Assets automation and CR/project deliveries.
- Manage teams of 10-15 members in handling change requests and production issues within Finacle Retail Assets.
- Direct design, configuration, testing for Finacle Retail Assets including enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory compliance changes.
- Monitor and maintain production stability, troubleshoot critical incidents, and conduct root cause analyses to minimize recurring defects.
- Own and improve test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module across multiple entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with development teams for patching, upgrading, and defect resolutions.
- Utilize knowledge of Finacle scripting and cards domain to support business units across different locations.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery with stakeholder collaboration and effective communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finacle 10.x with deep understanding of its technical and functional aspects, especially retail loans lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of up to 15 members.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Expertise in managing stakeholder requirements and collaborating across departments.
- Experience with Finacle scripting and knowledge of cards domain preferred.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and delivering support to business units operating at multiple locations.
- Ability to maintain production stability and implement automation testing procedures.
- Immediate to 60-day notice period availability is required.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, with an indicated salary range between 1,200,000 to 2,000,000 INR annually.
