Position Overview

Join one of the fastest-growing retail companies in Europe as a Filialleiter (Store Manager). This role involves leading a dynamic branch with weekly arrivals of approximately 150 new products, offering diverse tasks and excellent opportunities for career advancement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team with support from the deputy branch manager.
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel responsibilities such as preparing work schedules and promoting team member development.
• Carry out recruiting activities to build your store team effectively.
• Collaborate closely with regional management to discuss results and branch growth strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training; experience in a comparable retail management role is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong responsibility and accountability.
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback.
• Available to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week onboarding program at one of the company’s trainer stores in Germany.
