Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Maintaining the store’s appearance, overseeing ordering processes, and ensuring daily operational tasks are completed
• Managing personnel including creating work schedules and promoting employee growth
• Building your team through recruitment efforts
• Collaborating with regional management to discuss performance results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with high responsibility levels
• Strong communication skills to motivate staff and provide effective feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days weekly including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding program at one of the trainer stores in Germany
