Position Overview

Join one of Europe's fastest-growing retail companies as a Filialleiter (Store Manager) overseeing dynamic store operations. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks with new products arriving weekly, fostering growth both for yourself and the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team effectively, supported by the deputy store manager.
• Ensure the store's appearance meets standards, manage ordering processes, adhere to presentation guidelines, and oversee daily operational tasks.
• Take charge of personnel duties, including scheduling and promoting employee development.
• Recruit and build a strong store team.
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss performance and strategies for store growth.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership position.
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your store team through constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at one of the company's trainer stores in Germany.
